Seller Agreement

Commission
Our commission is currently 5% on each transaction. The maximum we will ever charge is 7% — this cap is built into the platform and cannot be raised by a routine business decision. It is a founding commitment, not a setting.
Commission may be lowered, never raised above the constitutional cap. If lowered and later raised back, we give 30 days notice.
Payouts
Stripe Connect handles payouts directly to your bank account. Default holding period after delivery confirmation: 2 days (configurable per seller). This holds funds long enough to handle most disputes; longer than that is extraction.
Stripe handles KYC. They verify identity, address, and bank account details. We do not store your bank account; only the Stripe Connect account ID.
Your responsibilities
- Sell only what you have the right to sell.
- Describe products accurately. The product file must match the description.
- Respond to disputes within 48 hours.
- Respond to buyer messages within reasonable time.
- Comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Pay your own taxes. We provide transaction reports; you handle VAT/income tax in your jurisdiction unless marketplace facilitator laws require us to collect (e.g. overseas sellers selling to UK consumers).
Our responsibilities
- Make your products visible to buyers without manipulative algorithmic surfacing.
- Process payments securely via Stripe.
- Pay you according to the payout schedule.
- Mediate disputes fairly, with documented reasoning.
- Never lock you in. Export your data — products, orders, messages — at any time, instantly, no negotiation.
- Never sell or rent your customer data to third parties.
Termination
You can close your store at any time. We will process pending payouts and let you export your data.
We may suspend your store for severe or repeated violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. We give reasons, and we give you a chance to fix it where the issue is fixable.
Disputes between you and us
